Municipal officials are hoping to get a better understanding of local access to affordable housing.
A motion is being presented at tonight’s council meeting, asking staff to put together a report outlining all of the municipal fees projects might incur, whether it’s related to development or building permits in hopes of streamlining the process.
Affordable housing is one of the key pillars outline in the municipality’s CK Plan 2035.
