COVID-19 Surfaces at Tecumseh Public School

Another case of COVID-19 has surfaced in a Chatham-Kent school.

One confirmed case has been reported at Tecumseh Public School. Public Health is contacting any staff and students who may have come in contact with the virus.

Officials say if you have not been contacted, that means you have not been in close contact with the confirmed case.

Meantime, two schools within the St Clair Catholic District School Board are dealing with confirmed cases of COVID-19 as well.

There is one positive case at Ursuline College in Chatham, and two at St Anne Public School in Blenheim. Both schools remain open but two classes at each facility are quarantining at home due to close contact.

As previously reported, a service provider that deals with both the LKDSB and SCCDSB has also tested positive for the virus.
