No serious injuries following a single-vehicle crash southeast of Chatham.
Emergency crews responded to Pinehurst Line in Harwich Township just before 7:30 Sunday night.
Investigators say the vehicle left the road and landed in a ditch.
Suspecting the driver may have been under the influence of alcohol, police brought the 34-year-old back to police headquarters for tests.
The accused is charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, and was released with a date in court next month.
