Today’s crash on Hwy. 40 has claimed the life of a 60-year-old Chatham man.
According to police, Geoffrey Brereton died in hospital.
Brereton was the driver of the minivan that was involved in the crash with the ambulance around 10:30 this morning.
The highway was closed for most of the afternoon.
Police continue to investigate.
