Charges have been laid after a pedestrian was hit by a car in Chatham.
The 46-year-old victim was crossing the street at Ursuline Avenue and Grand Avenue West yesterday afternoon when he was struck.
He was taken to the Health Alliance and later transferred to hospital in Windsor for further treatment.
The driver, a 60-year-old woman was charged with failing to yield.
