Police are identifying the victim in yesterday’s fatal 401 crash.
23-year-old Ron Elijah-Brown died on the scene of the crash at around 9pm.
The London man used the wrong ramp, ending up heading east on the westbound lanes of the busy road in London.
He collided head-on with a large commercial vehicle.
That driver suffered minor injuries.
