January is Crime Stoppers Month, and the local organization is looking back on its successes from the past year.

Authorities say in 2020, they received over 700 calls, leading to 122 charges being laid and 120 cases cleared off the books.

Over the course of the year, officials say $10,269,681 in drugs were seized and stolen property recovered, thanks to anonymous tips.

Since the local organization was founded in 1987, Crime Stoppers has seized more than $114,095,587 worth of drugs and property in Chatham-Kent with 16,214 charges laid and 11,121 cases resolved.
