Harassment charges have been laid against a Chatham man.

According to Chatham-Kent Police, the accused was issued a probation order on November 12th to stay more than 100 metres away from a certain woman.

This past Tuesday afternoon, police were informed the accused had been to the woman’s workplace once that day and three times the day before.

The 22-year-old is now facing one count of criminal harassment and four counts of failing to comply with probation order. He is now under further court-ordered conditions and will be back before a judge in June.
