A Chatham-Kent man is learning the hard way that no really does mean no.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, the accused was previous convicted of criminal harassment and was under a court order not to communicate with or be within 200 metres of a specific woman.
Last night, police were called after the accused showed up at the woman’s house and refused to leave.
The 34-year-old is again charged with criminal harassment and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
He was released from custody with a February 6th court date.
