Chatham-Kent Community Development will hold a session Tuesday night to discuss attempts by the municipality to reduce red tape.
It’s an open engagement session to talk about ways the municipality can make it easier for businesses to operate or relocate here.
They began the review last year to examine what activities were in place at the time.
The session begins in the council chambers at 5 pm, and the focus will be on ways to allow for easier investment in Chatham-Kent.
There will be presentations from several departments including Building Development, Planning, and Economic Development.
Members of the public are invited to make formal presentations as well and you can do so by calling Jenn Wiseman at 519-360-1998 ext 3801 or you can email her at [email protected].
