- 2 cups brown sugar
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp. Olive oil
- Sprinkle salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Walnuts
Let sugar and almond milk boil until soft ball stage, 10 minutes. Remove from heat and when bubbling stops, stir in peanut butter, vanilla, oil and salt. Add walnuts, optional. Beat for a couple minutes as it sets up quickly. Pour into oiled pan.
