Damages are pegged at $2000 after an incident in Chatham early Friday morning.
Police say around 5:30, officers responded to an alarm at Koka’s Pizza on West Street in Chatham.
They found that a window has been broken by a rock and the outside of the building has been spray painted.
Through investigation, police found the 37-year-old Chatham man responsible for the damages. He’ll be in court later next month.
