avacado garlic wrapMakes 2

Ingredients:
2 whole wheat wraps
2 cups of cooked rice
4 Tbs of lime juice
2 clove minced garlic (or use garlic powder)
1 onion
4tsp olive oil
2 avacados
10 pieces pickled turnips (or you can use pickled asparagus or cucumbers)

Directions:
Chop onion and carmalize in 2 tsp of olive oil then set aside. Warm wraps in microwave for 30 secs. Cut very ripe Avacado in half and mash half on one flat bread and half on the other. Spoon 1/2 cup to 1 cup of rice onto the avacado, followed by desired amount of onion. In a small bowl put remaining 2 tsp of olive add garlic and lime juice and mix well (split this dressing between the 2 wraps) top with pickled turnip and fold.
