Dana’s Delights – Barbecued Mushroom Caps

 

  • 1 lb large mushrooms
  • ½ cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 small can shrimp
  • Cheez Whiz

Stem large mushrooms. Wipe clean with a paper towel. Do not immerse in water. Marinate in Italian dressing for one hour and allow to drain. Mash small can shrimp with a fork and add Cheez Whiz to make a paste. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and grill on barbeque.
