• 1 can each drained green, wax, red, kidney and garbanzo beans (chick peas)
  • 1 green pepper, sliced in thin strips
  • 1 large purple-red onion, cut in rings
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup salad oil
  • ½ cup white vinegar

Drain vegetables as well as possible. Mix all together and marinate overnight.
