1 head of green cabbage

2 cups of shredded chedder or marble cheese

2 cups of milk

flour, salt and pepper

Cut cabbage into squares and separate layers from each other. In a crock pot put 1/4 of the cabbage on the bottom, sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese on top with a tsp of flour, dash salt and pepper and reapeat these layers until ingredients are in the crock pot.  If cooking on low 4-6 hours if on high 2-4 hours.
