• 12 oz sweetened carob chips (or regular)energy bar
  • 1 ½ peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey

Optional:

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup walnut crumbs
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup flax seeds

Melt together and mix well sweetened chips, peanut butter and honey. Stir in sunflower seeds. Mix ingredients well, pour into 9×13 inch pan. Refrigerate, then cube. Freezes well.
