1 lb linguine

1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets

2 zucchini, sliced

2 carrots, peeled & cut on bias

1 red pepper, cut into thin strips

¼ cup sliced white mushrooms

1 cup snow peas

1 jar 16-19oz Alfredo sauce

Basil to garnish

 

Cook linguine according to package directions; drain well.  Meanwhile lightly steam prepared vegetables. Toss prepared linguine and vegetables with sauce.  Return to pan and reheat mixture gently until heated through.  Garnish with basil.  Serve immediately with a green salad and fresh bread.
