• 8 oz. pkg macaroni shells
  • 6 oz. can flaked tuna
  • 14 oz. can peas
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 6 green onions, chopped fine
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • Salt and Pepper, if desired
  • can also add other veggies like carrot, broccoli, asparagus etc

Cook macaroni shells according to directions on pkg.  Drain and run cold water on the shells and drain again and refrigerate. When shells cool, add drained tuna, drained peas and chopped veggies. Mix well. Chill. Add mayonnaise and salt just before serving.
