1. Cook up a pound of baconĀ 

2. Prepare pancake mix according to directions (I use the no name buttermilk pancake mix)

3. Add 2 scoops of Visalus Shape Shake Mix (optional) http://gainenergy.bodybyvi.com/

4. Once bacon has been cooled, cut each piece in half

5. place 4 halves of bacon in pan # shaped

6. Pour enough pancake mix over to cover, flip over when mix is browned
