Dana’s Delights – Stuffing balls

 5 pieces of white bread in blender to fine crumbs

3 mild atalian sausages

1 cup dried cranberry

Tyme

Sage salt and pepper

1 egg

4 tb butter

2 med onions diced

Cup of mushrooms finely chopped

3 cloves  of garlic

 

Grill sausage out of casing – really really brown then set aside and let cool. Set oven to 350 .Cook the onions in butter then add mushrooms and garlic cook that too. Then add spices and mix with meat.  Add bread and egg mix together then cranberries .Roll into balls. Put on cookie sheet and in oven for 10 min then turn for another 10 min.
