veggie chili

1 large onion, diced

1 green pepper, diced

2 cups carrots, sliced or diced

2 cups sliced mushrooms

2 cans tomatoes (Italian with herbs is good)

2 (15.5 oz) cans kidney beans, undrained

chili seasoning, to taste

1 can crushed pineapple or any other vegetables of your choice

 

Put all ingredients in a crockpot, stir. cook on high for 6 hours.
