2 Cups Cooked Chicken – cut up

2 Cups diced Celery

½ cup chopped toasted almonds

½ tsp. salt

2 tsp. grated onion

1 cup Mayonnaise

2 tsp. lemon juice

½ cup grated sharp cheese

1 cup crushed up potato chips

 

Heat Oven to 450 degrees.  Combine all ingredients, except cheese and chips.  Put mixture in a casserole dish and top with grated cheese and crushed chips – bake for 10-15 minutes.  Serves 6-8
