• 2 (3 oz) pkg Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onions

Mix well all above ingredients together in bowl; refrigerate. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables (e.g. cauliflower, Broccoli, Celery, Carrots, Mushrooms, green peppers, cucumbers). Yummie!
