- ¾ cup olive oil or corn oil
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 to 5 cloves garlic
- Flax Egg
- 2 to 6 drops Worcestershire
- 1 to 4 drops tobacco (optional)
- White wine (optional)
Direction: Start by making your flax egg (in a small bowl or coffee mug mix 1 table spoon of ground flax seed with 3 table spoons of water – mix well and refrigerate while you prepare other ingredients. Combine all ingredients; pour in oil slowly while blending with hand mixer. Don’t forget your flax egg in the fridge. Salt and pepper to taste.
