The clock is ticking for candidates looking to run in the provincial by-election in Lambton-Kent-Middlesex.
The deadline to file nomination papers in the riding is 2 o’clock this afternoon.
Prospective candidates need to file in person at a returning office by bringing one piece of government-issued photo ID and all of the required paperwork.
The full list of approved candidates will be listed on the Elections Ontario website.
Voter cards are being mailed out this week. The application deadline to vote by mail is also fast approaching, set for 6pm on April 26th.
