Hall is presenting a notice of motion Monday with an aim to improve the needle-syringe program in Chatham-Kent.

If successful, the report will look at the distribution model, bulk purchase of supplies, education messaging, locations for kiosks and more.

Hall also wants to reach out to the Aids Committee of Windsor and other potential partners like the Chatham-Kent Drug Awareness Council, be included in the making of the report.
