TekSavvy Solutions has presented a cheque for $100,000 to support the Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Renewal Campaign.

With a goal of raising $6.9 million by the end of May, the Foundation aims to have enough funds to purchase 17 new pieces of equipment for both the Wallaceburg and Chatham hospitals.

To date, 13 of those, including new ultrasounds and a mammography unit, have already been installed.

The bulk of the remaining funds will go toward what’s considered the crown jewel of the DI campaign – the CT scan.
