A deadly crash involving an SUV and a dirt bike has left one person dead.
Emergency crews were called to Victoria Road near Gosnell Line just before 8:30 Thursday night.
Police say it appears the person riding the dirt bike was heading west on a gravel pathway and was trying to cross Victoria Road when he was hit by the SUV.
The bike rider was taken to hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The driver and occupants of the SUV were not hurt.
Police say the victim’s name will not be released at this point out of respect for the family.
The investigation into the crash continues.
