Discussing Racism in Chatham-Kent

A special meeting is being held virtually tonight to discuss racism and discrimination in Chatham-Kent.

The zoom meeting, organized by the Chatham-Kent Local Immigration Partnership, is part of the municipality’s Welcome Week initiatives.

A number of guest speakers will be leading the conversation, including inclusivity and diversity representatives from the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Canadian Mental Health Association, Lambton Kent District School Board, and EagleView Immigration, among other organizations.
