Chatham-Kent OPP have slapped distracted driving charges against a Mississauga man.

Authorities received a complaint shortly before 8 yesterday about a westbound driver watching an entertainment device on the 401.

The 62-year-old man was stopped and charged.

The OPP are reminding all motorists that anything that takes your attention away from the road is considered distracted driving, including adjusting the radio, looking for something in your car, eating or drinking while driving, and using a hand-held device.
