A local man is facing several charges following a disturbance.
Chatham-Kent Police say the accused went to a Park Lane home on Friday, where he had a confrontation with a woman, allegedly threatening her and damaging a vehicle.
Police were called and the accused was taken into custody.
The man has since been charged with assault, uttering threats to cause bodily harm, mischief, and threats to burn personal property.
He was taken to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
