A DNA sample means a would-be crook didn’t get off scott free.
Chatham-Kent police say a 33–year –old Chatham left behind DNA when he broke into a shed April 1st and stole some tools.
Lab techs at the Centre of Forensic Sciences and managed to get a match and police arrested the Taylor Ave. resident Sunday.
He’s charges in connection with the break in as well as drug possession and an outstanding warrant for breach of probation.
