A 39 year old Chatham man is facing domestic charges after police say he broke into a residence and started harassing the tenant.
Around 2 am Sunday, police say the man breached his probation by entering the home.
He was arrested and charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling, fail to comply and criminal harassment.
He has been held pending a bail hearing.
