A man is behind bars after a scuffle with police.
The accused was under a probation order to avoid a home on Murray Street in Wallaceburg, but was found there yesterday.
The 29-year-old allegedly tried to run off when confronted by officers, but after a brief struggle and the use of a taser, the suspect was brought under control.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
