A Chatham man has turned himself into police, four months after an attack in downtown Chatham.
Back on July 31st, a fight broke out at a business and one man kicked another in the face, knocking the victim unconscious. The accused fled before officers arrived and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
The suspect turned himself in at police headquarters Monday morning, and has now been charged with assault and failing to comply with a previous release order. The 24-year-old was held in custody for a bail hearing.
