Charges have been laid following a fight in downtown Chatham.
Chatham-Kent Police responded to Fifth Street shortly after 10 o’clock Tuesday night and say one man assaulted another, leaving the victim with minor facial injuries.
The accused, a 52-year-old man, was arrested and charged with assault. He was released from custody with conditions and a date in court next month.
