Parts of downtown Toronto were on lock-down after two calls to police this morning about a suspicious man in black wearing a surgical mask and backpack was spotted at the University of Toronto. The other caller reported seeing a man carrying a gun.
Police have not yet identified the suspicious man or confirmed that he has a gun, and there are no reported injuries.
The University of Toronto’s Facebook page has been updated, stating that police have confirmed an all-clear for the area.
