Charges have been laid against a driver, accused of falling asleep at the wheel on the 401. 
According to Chatham-Kent OPP, a 21-year-old Toronto man dozed off near Drake Road early Tuesday morning and crashed into the barriers on the highway.
Luckily no one was hurt.
The man has now been charged with careless driving.
