Overnight storms have wreaked havoc in the northeastern part of Chatham-Kent.
Hundreds of Hydro One customers are still without power in Dresden, Thamesville, and Bothwell, and officials with the utility say it could be late afternoon before all power has been restored.
Municipal officials report extensive damage in the Dresden Cemetery with a number of trees down and monuments toppled.
The road into the cemetery was damaged by an uprooted tree, and has been closed for the time being.
