A fire at a home on North Street in Dresden Friday afternoon is being blamed on a kitchen appliance.
Firefighters from Station 5 in Tupperville, and Station 6 in Dresden were called out around 12:30 pm.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze, there were no injuries.
The fire has been ruled accidental with total damages of $350,000 dollars.
