Charges have been laid after a would-be thief crawled through the drive-thru of a Chatham restaurant.
Chatham-Kent Police were called to the St Clair Street store just before 11:30 Tuesday night after a man opened the drive-thru window and climbed in. The suspect was confronted by employees, but continued to search for money until officers arrived.
The 35-year-old was arrested and charged with break and enter. He was released with conditions and a date in court next month.
