Charges have been laid against both the driver and passenger following a crash just north of Chatham.
Just before 8 Thursday morning, police say a vehicle ran into a snow-filled ditch on Baldoon Road near Cedar Hedge Line.
The driver, believed to be under the influence of drugs, was also found carrying suspected hydromorphone, fentanyl, oxycodone, scales, and a large amount of cash.
The 37-year-old is facing a slew of charges, including impaired driving, taking a vehicle without consent, driving while suspended, and three counts of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking.
His passenger, a 25-year-old Chatham man, has also been charged with drug possession as well a charges related to a pair of shoplifting incidents at Walmart last month.
