Charges have been laid against a Windsor man following a crash in Dover Township.
Chatham-Kent Police were called out for a vehicle in the ditch on Bear Line Road shortly after 9 Monday night.
Officers on scene suspected the driver may have been under the influence of alcohol.
The 34-year-old was taken to police headquarters for tests and charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit.
He was released with conditions pending a future court date of January 30th.
