Charges have been laid after a single-vehicle crash just west of Chatham.
The crash happened late Tuesday afternoon on Fifth Line between Dillon Rd. and Bloomfield.
Authorities say the driver lost control of his vehicle, crashing into the ditch.
The 36-year old behind the wheel wasn’t hurt, and has now been charged with careless driving and failing to surrender his license.
