Charges have been laid following a single-vehicle crash in Chatham.
Authorities say a vehicle struck a guard rail on Prince Albert Road in Chatham just after 2 Sunday afternoon.
Officers believe the man behind the wheel was under the influence of a drug.
The 33-year-old was arrested and taken to police headquarters for tests, charged with impaired driving, and released with a date in court.
