Authorities located the driver on Forhan Street and suspected that he was under the influence of alcohol. A breath test was administered, which resulted in a fail, and the man was arrested.
A 74-year-old Wallaceburg man has been charged with driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He was later released from custody with a future date.
