A Wheatley teen is facing criminal charges. 
Essex OPP got a call Saturday night about an erratic driver in Leamington who was throwing beer bottles out the window.
Officers tracked down the vehicle, and say the driver was exhibiting signs of impairment.
While being placed under arrest, the 17-year-old accused put up a fight.
Charges include impaired driving, as well as assaulting and resisting a peace officer.
