A handful of Chatham-Kent drivers are going to find it more difficult to get around.
Police arrested a 51-year-old Chatham man for impaired driving. Police say he was driving an electric scooter Friday when he caught the attention of police. A breath sample at police headquarters registered more than two time the legal limit.
In another incident a 58-year-old man was stopped on Richmond St. and failed a roadside test. He was arrested and taken to headquarters.
Finally, a 22-year-old man was arrested for impaired driving early this morning on Brock St. in Chatham.
He refused a breath sample and threatened an officer. Along with the drunk driving charge he’s facing breach of condition and drug charges.
