A single-vehicle collision has landed a Chatham man with impaired driving charges.
Around 10:30 Wednesday night, Chatham-Kent Police say a vehicle left the road on Queens Line near Dillon Road, hit a tree, and came to rest on the south side of the road.
The driver was treated for his injuries in hospital, then given breath tests.
The 21-year-old is charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit and was released from custody with conditions and a date in court next month.
